How can I return my product if needed ?
You have the option to return any product ordered on the Hibisca.fr website for exchange or refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Once these conditions are met, please contact us via hibisca.pro@gmail.com. We will provide you with the necessary steps to follow. (Upon receipt of your request), you will have 3 months to return your package.
Can the materials fall off?
Are the facade materials water-resistant ?
Yes, the materials on the facade are oleophobic, which means they do not absorb water. Additionally, they are designed to only absorb our fragrances, which are organic and soon to be available.
The materials are also coated with an advanced sugar-based resin that provides protection. However, minor signs of wear and discoloration may occur over time due to scratches.
What is the lifespan of the fragrance in Hibisca cases ?
Our cases made of French lavender and Arabica coffee have the unique feature of carrying the scent of their natural materials. Their fragrances last for 1 to 3 months, depending on external factors.
You will be able to refresh their fragrances in the near future. We will offer you fully natural perfume refreshers to apply on the front side.
Can the materials fall off ?
Some materials and particles may detach from the case, but the fallout should not be significant.
Furthermore, in order to maintain the natural materials and feel of the cases, we do not use a finishing layer. The front side is coated with an advanced sugar-based resin that protects it against water and scratches.
