Au delà du fait que le cadeau a été adopté direct, que l'odeur est très agréable et que la coque est bien conforme à la description (belle, raffinée, résistante et agréable), leur service client est aussi parfait : réactif, cordial et efficace !
J'ai acheté la coque en café arabica le 15 décembre pour Noël, je l'ai reçue le 20 décembre, ce qui est déjà rapide comme livraison, mais ce n'était pas le bon modèle. J'ai tout de suite contacté le service client qui m'a répondu 5minutes après. Après vérification (juste envoie des photos de ce que j'avais reçu) ils m'ont renvoyé la bonne commande en urgence le soir même et j'ai reçu mon cadeau le 23 décembre pile à temps pour l'offrir.

Are we delivered quickly?
If you cannot find your iPhone, Samsung, Huawei, or Pixel model, what should you do?
You have the option to pre-order your model here. We will specially produce a Hibisca case for you during our next production in May. You will receive it as soon as it is produced.
Do your packaging materials have an eco-friendly appearance ?
How can I return my product if needed ?
You have the option to return, for exchange or refund, any product ordered on the Hibisca.fr website within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Once these conditions are met, contact us via hibisca.pro@gmail.com. We will provide you with the necessary steps to follow. (Upon receipt of your request), you will have 3 months to return your package.
Is my payment secure?
Are the front-facing materials waterproof ?
Yes, the front-facing materials are oleophobic, which means they do not absorb water. Additionally, they are designed to only absorb our fragrant and organic essences (available soon).
The materials are also coated with an advanced sugar-based resin for protection. However, minor signs of wear and discoloration may appear over time due to scratches.
What is the lifespan of the fragrance on Hibisca cases ?
Our cases made of French lavender and Arabica coffee have the unique feature of smelling like their natural materials. Their fragrances last from 1 to 3 months, depending on external factors.
You will be able to refresh their scents soon. We will offer you fully natural fragrance refreshers to apply on the facade.
Can the materials fall off?
Some materials and particles may come off from the case, but the fallout should not be significant.
Furthermore, in order to maintain the natural feel and materials of the cases, we do not use any finishing layer. The front facade is coated with an advanced sugar-based resin that protects it against water and scratches.
